🚀 Project Overview
APRIME in Partnership with Academy Asia Marikina, led a transformative project to design, develop, and implement a cloud-based Web Application for a Local Government Agency’s Learning Management System (LMS) initiative. This project was driven by the agency’s mission to modernize public sector education and professional development through accessible, scalable, and secure digital platforms.
Our goal was to build a next-generation LMS platform tailored to the agency’s operational workflows, educational goals, and user experience expectations—while ensuring performance, flexibility, and security via integration with Microsoft Azure cloud services.

In close collaboration with the agency’s internal software engineers and stakeholders, APRIME employed a user-centered, iterative development methodology that emphasized:

The LMS platform was engineered to be intuitive, reliable, and flexible, offering:
- Role-based access for administrators, teachers, instructors, learners and their parents / guardian
- Dynamic content modules for lessons, quizzes, and multimedia resources
- Real-time activity tracking, grading, and feedback systems
- Integrated chat, forums, and notifications for enhanced learner engagement with their teachers
- Admin dashboards with custom analytics and reporting capabilities
☁️ Azure Cloud Integration
To ensure seamless and scalable performance, we deployed the platform on Microsoft Azure, leveraging its cloud-native features:
- Azure App Services and Azure AI Services for hosting the LMS web application with auto-scaling and high uptime
- Azure SQL Database for secure, fast, and reliable data storage
- Azure Blob Storage for hosting large educational resources, such as PDFs, videos, and presentations
- Azure Active Directory for secure Single Sign-On (SSO) and user identity management
- Geo-redundant storage and backup for disaster recovery readiness
These technologies allowed the system to scale with user demand and support 24/7 access from any location with internet connectivity.

Our agile development cycle included:
- Wireframing and prototyping in collaboration with user groups
